This release includes new features, enhancements, and fixes.

New Features

KaseyaOne Settings - Automatic User Creation with JIT

KaseyaOne Settings page now allows you to create user accounts (for those who do not have) for users who are coming from KaseyaOne on the fly. The concept of Just-in-Time provisioning allows you to create users according to predefined defaults in Automatic User Creation tab in KaseyaOne Settings page. These user accounts will then have access to specific modules. For more information, see KaseyaOne Settings: JIT.

Integrations with BMS - Integrated Customer Billing

With this release, BMS is introducing four new integrations.

Integrated Service Ticketing with Workplace Manager

BMS has a new integration with Datto Workplace Manager. The API-based integration paves way for faster ticket creation and allows you to efficiently manage issues detected by Workplace. For more information, see BMS-Datto Workplace Manager integration.

Integrated Service Ticketing with File Protection Manager

BMS has a new integration with Datto File Protection. The API-based integration paves way for faster ticket creation and allows you to efficiently manage issues detected by File Protection Manager. For more information, see BMS-Datto File Protection Manager integration.

Integrated Service Ticketing with Spanning

BMS has a new integration with Spanning. The integration can be used to set up Integrated Customer Billing for Spanning Backup for Microsoft 365 and/or Spanning Backup for Google Workspace. The integration helps you post Spanning license information to your Autotask, BMS or Vorex PSA. For more information, see BMS-Spanning integration (pages 230 to 240).

Integrated Service Ticketing with ConnectBooster

BMS has yet another new integration with ConnectBooster. The integration pulls accounts, contacts, contracts and more to boost your billing automation.   • GET /v2/hr/employees/lookup

    • Returns all employees' records stored in database

Fixes

VSA 10 Fixed: When tickets were resolved or deleted, sending close notification request did not work.
Ticket Fixed: In the New View, if you typed an apostrophe in the "CCs" section, you would have seen an error message which said, "Something went wrong in this section."
Dispatch Calendar Fixed: Project tasks were overlapping in Dispatch Calendar after introducing font Awesome.
Quote, Ingram Micro Fixed: An error used to appear when trying to search for a product.
